As part of the design of a new 36-lot housing subdivision for Adaven Homes, Taney Engineering designed improvements within Cheyenne Ave. West of Hualapai Way to allow for a new entrance to the subdivision, traffic control, drainage, water, and sewer facilities. The project drainage system and facilities consisted of 20 LF of 24-inch storm drain, 1-3 FT x 3 FT Jensen drop inlet, 2,342 LF of retaining wall, and 1,929 SF of drainage easement.
