Taney Engineering was selected to provide civil engineering, design and land surveying for the preparation of improvement plans and cost estimates for Touchstone Living, Peaceful Ridge at Lone Mountain and Puli. This new 350-lot residential development is situated on 53 acres in Las Vegas. The project was delivered in ten phases and processed with ten separate sets of plans and final maps. This project involved a complex drainage system due to the location at the base of the mountains.
