Taney Engineering provided all site planning, civil engineering and land surveying services to William Lyon Homes for a new 485 lot residential subdivision called Affinity at Charleston and Interstate 215 Beltway. Affinity is a new village lifestyle development offering four unique living arrangements near Downtown Summerlin. This project includes walking trails through the complex that tie into the master development trail system and bike paths. In addition, this project included NDOT coordination at I-215 and Charleston. The project required City of Las Vegas and Clark County approvals.
