Loretto Bay is a gated community of new townhomes located in Henderson with easy access to the 215 Beltway. The townhomes offer spacious living over two-car garages with rooftop decks. The community is gated and offers a pool and clubhouse amenities. The project runs along the 215-beltway and required NDOT coordination as well as a large retaining wall at the South edge of the property.
