Ventano is a 103 lot residential community located along the Mountain Falls golf course within the master-planned community in Pahrump. All site work and infrastructure for water, sewer, roadway egress and ingress, and drainage was provided by Taney. Taney worked with William Lyon Homes to reimagine the perfect golf course lifestyle and then created it. Residences include four single-story designs from 1,514 SF to 2,098 SF.
