Taney Engineering designed the site for a new, 156 lot residential subdivision located at Bicentennial Parkway and Via Firenze in the master-planned community of Inspirada. The project consists of single and two-story homes with walking paths and community parks and is connected to a trail system on the far east side of the property. As part of the project, Taney coordinated public roadway improvements including utilities and traffic control at Via Firenze for access in and out of the new residential development. Improvements were submitted through the City of Henderson and included a BLM mining permit and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP).
