Gateway 11 Industrial Park is located in the Southeast portion of Henderson near I-11 and Boulder City. The site consists of four buildings and is the beginning of an expansive industrial area. Taney Engineering is the civil engineer and land surveyor for the industrial park. The first phase is approximately1.75M SF. The sitework includes building grading, drainage, water/sewer, utilities, paving, and a roadway connection for Railroad Pass of approximately 2000 LF through the industrial park.
