Golden Triangle Logistics Center is a 2,240,000 SF new logistics facility located in North Las 
Vegas. Buildings 1 & 2 of Golden Triangle includes 1M SF that was delivered in Q4 2020, Building 3 
includes a single 652,000 SF facility, Building 4 is 390,000 SF and Building 5 is 193,500 SF. Taney 
Engineering is the civil engineer for both phases from site development through construction.
