Black Mountain Distribution Center is a 232,826 SF industrial building situated off of I-215 via Gibson Road. Taney provided land surveying and civil engineering for the site including 52 loading docks, rail trans-load, 11 trailer stalls, 125 FT - 140 FT truck courts with 60 FT concrete aprons. This project is LEED Certified.
