This four-building distribution center is located off of I-15 and Warm Springs totaling 214,563 SF. This project required an NDOT Concurrence, a water main relocation and an off-site extension. This project is LEED Silver Certified.

Unique challenges included the relocation of an NDOT fence along the I-15 right-of-way, design coordination for a billboard on site and removal of it from the exterior power source. Additionally challenging was providing adequate clearance for semi-trucks due to the Warm Springs overpass.
