Taney Engineering provided land surveying and civil engineering for this 335,000 SF industrial building. The project features a 32-foot clear height and 70 trailer parking spaces, 62 dock doors, and four drive doors. Taney designed improvements to 1,300 LF of Alto and 600 LF of Walnut. The site improvements included grading, paving, 12-in. storm sewer, 18-in. storm sewer, manholes, culverts, commercial driveway, curb & gutter.
