Silver State Commerce Center is a multi-phased distribution complex that when complete will incorporate approximately 2,588,801 SF of office and warehouse space. The first phase consists of three buildings located at Craig & North 5th Street in North Las Vegas. Building 1 is 367,600 SF (Amazon Fulfillment Center), Building 2 is 291,561 SF, and Building 3 is 174,615 SF. Buildings 4 and 5 are 767,895 SF each. The buildings are tilt-up construction, have clear heights ranging between 32 and 36 feet, 205 trailer spaces combined, an ESFR sprinkler system and ample parking for tenants. This project included a 444GPM, Force Main Lift Station as part of the site design by Enco Southwest. Taney coordinated the design for this project with the consultant.
